Lineup Search SARL is the data controller for any personal data described below.
If you contact us. Your name, company, email address and whatever you write in your message. We use it only to reply to you and to manage any work that follows. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and performance of a contract if you become a client.
If we contact you. Your name, job title, company and professional email address. We obtain these from publicly available professional sources, such as company websites and professional networks. We use them to offer services relevant to your role. Legal basis: legitimate interest. You can object at any time, by replying to any email or writing to us, and we will stop immediately and permanently.
Our website host and contact form provider (Netlify, Inc., United States) and our email provider. Contact form submissions are stored in the United States, under the transfer safeguards set out in that provider's data processing terms. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else.
Contact form messages and email correspondence: three years from our last exchange. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep only the minimum record needed to make sure we honour that request.
This site sets no cookies. We use no analytics, no advertising tags and no tracking pixels. Our emails contain no open tracking or click tracking.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive it in a portable format. Write to sebastien@aqueductinternational.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.
